4 Customer journey:

Select the credits according to the preferred number of sounds/music tracks;
Proceed to checkout page filling all the required information and place the order;
After successful payment, you will receive an email containing archived (*Zip) file of sounds and music tracks according to you order together with a password;
Enter the password and enjoy your purchase
5 Purchases
5.1. The sites offers sounds/music tracks for sale with various pricing plans. By making a purchase on the mixchords.com, you agree to pay the specified price for the selected sounds/music track(s).
5.2. DJISSE VENTURES PTE. LTD reserves the right to change the pricing of music tracks at any time without prior notice.

By purchasing our services, you explicitly confirm that you clearly understand and agree to what you are purchasing and will not file any fraudulent dispute. In case of an attempt to file a fraudulent dispute or chargeback, DJISSE VENTURES PTE. LTD has the right to terminate your account and/or to permanently ban your IP address. Furthermore, you confirm that you have the authorization to use the payment instrument including debit or credit card to make the purchase.
10.2. DJISSE VENTURES PTE. LTD reserves the right to change prices for services at any time. Furthermore, we reserve the right to change prices listed on mixchords.com, and the right to change the amount of resources given to any plan at any time.
10.3. There is a tiered discount system for purchase at mixchords.com which provides customers with escalating discounts based on their purchase history. Customers can avail of a 5% discount on their second purchase, 15% on their third purchase, 25% on their fourth purchase, and so on, with a maximum discount of 40%.
Additionally, company can offer a flat discount on any and all purchases any time at its own discretion.
14 Applicable Law
14.1. THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, ITS SUBJECT MATTER AND ITS FORMATION (AND ANY NON-CONTRACTUAL DISPUTES OR CLAIMS) ARE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF CAMBODIA. YOU AND DJISSE VENTURES PTE. LTD AGREE TO THE EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION OF THE COURTS OF CAMBODIA.
15 Refunds
15.1. Users who are not completely satisfied with our services may request a full refund within the first 30 days of their purchase at www.mixchords.com
Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase, within 7 days of receiving the request—subject to necessary due diligence and verification procedures.
